New Rage Cycles Fender Eliminator Replacement Bracket

About

Here is a replacement part for New Rage Cycles KTM 250/350/450/500 EXC-F Fender Eliminator (2017 – 2023). The metal piece that connects to the underside of the tail light broke so I made this replacement part.

I used Polymaker CoPa with 4 wall layers, 4 top and bottom layers, and 80% infill, no supports. If you use nylon, remember to anneal it for maximum strength.

The first version I printed out of PLA had 2 wall layers and 15% infill and was intended to be temporary until a nylon version was printed. It survived a whole day of riding single track and fire roads so PLA may be an acceptable material but I used nylon for the final version because I feel PLA would not hold up well to all the vibrations, fatigue from jumps and potholes, and impacts from dropping the bike.

My father decided to drill 2 addition holes into the fender when installing it onto his bike so there is an alternate design with 4 holes if you would prefer that.
